Shop Hours: Monday – Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
On occasion, we are open on Saturdays or have different shop hours due to other programming. To stay up to date with all the latest information, “Like” our Facebook page and Twitter feed.
As you may have already heard via your Service Unit Managers, the Girl Scouts of Hawai`i Shop at the Ala Moana Hotel will be closing on May 23, 2014. The decision was made to close the Shop to better utilize our resources in service to our Girl Scout community. Currently, we are planning to have a Volunteer Center upstairs at the Council office. The Volunteer Center will serve as a membership and program center, a place for volunteers and parents to gather information about Girl Scouting such as the different level uniforms, curriculum, and Hawaii specific programs.
The decision to close the Shop was partially based on the success of our new Online Shop. The Online Shop has been doing extremely well, in fact better than the national average. The Online Shop provides a much larger assortment than what we could possibly carry locally. There are many promotions on a regular basis and the best part is FREE SHIPPING is offered almost monthly! With planning, your troops may take advantage of having access to a much larger selection at great prices.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the Shop closure, ALL SALES WILL BE FINAL AS OF 4/7/14. ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON PURCHASES MADE BEGINNING 4/7/14.
Our regular return policy will apply to merchandise purchased prior to 4/7/14, now thru 4/11/14.
Our regular return policy states, that we will issue a store credit for any returns with a valid receipt. Exchanges are allowed with a valid receipt.
Please plan ahead as no RETURNS OR EXCHANGES will be made after 4/11/14. NO EXCEPTIONS!
