Is a separate login required for each person?
No. One account can be used to register the entire family. The Family Manager is the only person that can register all family members under one account. If you should be the Family Manager and is not please contact help desk for assistance.
What can a parent/guardian do when renewing a girl and/or adult registration?
- Execute an existing membership renewal order in Personify.
- Update demographic and contact information.
- Make a donation to Girl Scouts of Hawai’i.
- Pay for the membership and the donation.
- Print a membership card for the current membership year.
Is a parent/guardian signature required for online membership renewal?
No. The parent/guardian’s online credit card purchase of a Girl Scout membership replaces the need for a signature.
What happens if a girl wants to renew her membership but is transferring to another troop?
Renewals are existing orders by GSUSA; therefore, renewing and switching troops are a two-step process:
- A girl’s parent/guardian purchase renew membership with the existing troop on record
- A troop transfer request form must be completed, click here
My daughter wants to re-register to another troop. What do I do?
Transfers to another troop must be transacted by the registration staff with requested troop leader’s approval. You may re-register in her current troop. Also, complete the troop transfer request form, click here. Please be aware that any troop change requests are based on availability and approval from troop leader.
As a lifetime member, how am I to be designated each year as the troop leader (01) of a troop?
You will be able to access your GSH online account and self-report your position code which will then require verification by the registration staff.
What about adding PayPal as a method of payment?
GS online account is hosted by GSUSA and we can only use payment forms that they have set up. PayPal may be added at a later date.
Why can’t I register my daughter from my account?
Most likely, the guardian information for your daughter’s record is not linked to your record as parent/guardian. Please contact help desk for assistance, click here.
How do I know if my membership is current?
In the left navigation bar underneath “Shopping Cart” there is a box with your membership information. The date you need to renew your membership is listed in this box. You can also print a copy of your current membership card from this box.
I have moved and need to change my address.
Under the “My Address” section click on the “edit” link. A new screen will open, just delete your old address and enter the new one. Click “save” when finished.
