How do I know if my membership is current?

In the left navigation bar underneath “Shopping Cart” there is a box with your membership information. The date you need to renew your membership is listed in this box. You can also print a copy of your current membership card from this box.

I have moved and need to change my address.

Under the “My Address” section click on the “edit” link. A new screen will open, just delete your old address and enter the new one. Click “save” when finished.

Can I use GS Account if I decide to not share my email?

Your log in creation will depend on having your email address (family email address for girls please) recorded as in your account. Unfortunately, if your email is not on file you will not be able log in and use this online tool. Please remember that GSH and GSUSA does not sell or distribute member information to third parties.

I have a new phone number or e-mail address

Under the “My Communication Methods” click the “edit” link to the right of the information you need to update. A new window will open; update the information and click “save” when finished.

What payment methods are accepted for online program/training registration?

Credit and debit cards are accepted including VISA, MasterCard, and American Express.  Online registration will be by credit card only. GSH will only use cash and paper forms on a case by case basis.

I want to check my “Race & Ethnicity” record

Clicking on “Update Race & Ethnicity” allows you to edit the current information in the database. This information is voluntary and used for statistical purposes only. Providing this information helps to ensure community support and funding for Girl Scouts in your local community.

How long will it take to process any change of membership information?

Some changes can be done by the member through their GS online account. These changes are immediate. The registration staff tries to have all Change of Member Information forms processed within a week of receipt at the office but the process may take longer during peak season.

I need to change my user name and/or password

Click on the “My Account” link and you will see a dropdown list of options. Click on the option you wish to change. Be sure to click “Save” for all changes.

Who is able to renew online?

Girls and adults registered in 2012-13 who have a valid email address in the council’s database. The new membership year begins October 1, 2013.

Why didn’t I receive an email confirmation for my order?

Please make sure your email is current and up-to-date. Sometimes confirmations go into spam/junk folders, to avoid this please add noreply@uapps.net to your list of approved email addresses.
