Visit Mission Houses Historic Site and Archives to experience 19th century Americana while working on parts of your journeys! You’ll have the chance to hear stories about missionary women and tell one of your very own using old-fashioned methods and a quill and inkwell! You can take a tour of the oldest, still-standing house in Hawai`i (191 years old) and learn how energy was used in the past, do old-fashioned laundry, play games, and play dress up: trying out the different roles Missionary woman upheld during the 19th century!
