Big Island Brownies, Juniors and Cadettes are invited to visit the Three Ring Ranch, our first Hawai‘i Island Council-Sponsored program for the summer. The program will be held on Sunday, June 23, and again on Wednesday, June 26, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The Three Ring Ranch is a private, not-for-profit sanctuary that provides care and rehabilitation for ill and injured animals, a safe haven for endangered species, and a shelter for animals that are no longer able to survive in the wild. Girls will have a change to see, touch and learn about rare and exotic species and gain an understanding of the effects that humans have on animal populations.
