So without further ado, we’d like to introduce you to our five new Girls’ Choice Outdoor Badges. Drum roll, please!
The badges are:
- Brownie: Outdoor Adventurer (a choice of outdoor activities, including things like bike riding, wading in a creek, developing a camp skill, and more)
- Junior: Horseback Riding
- Cadette: Archery
- Senior: Paddling (canoeing, kayaking, or paddle boarding)
- Ambassador: Ultimate Recreation Challenge (a choice five outdoor challenges such as rock climbing, zip lining, waterskiing, and more)
We hope you’re as excited about these badges as we are. Right now we’re hard at work taking the direction girls have given us and fine-tuning the content within the badges to ensure that each one will provide a variety of exciting outdoor experiences for girls.
Starting today, girls will lead the way in the next phase of this process by voting on the look of their badges. From now until March 20th, girls can cast their vote between two badge designs at each level.
