Even if you can volunteer only for a limited amount of time, studies have shown that talking with professionals in their own communities helps students. From leading an activity at STEM camp to mentoring a Gold Awardee, the roles of STEM professionals are crucial to the development of exceptional skills, excitement, and accomplishment for students. We’re developing a directory of these Hawaii-based people who are interested in being resources for interested Girl Scouts. Please email at [email protected].
