If you are having trouble signing on to eBudde, here are a few tips:
- When signing on to eBudde, make sure that you are in the current Cookie Season 2012–13. (Note: There is a message on the homepage: “Welcome to the 2012–2013 Cookie Season.”) Also, be sure to use the correct username. Your username is the email address registered in eBudde (what was listed on the CM Agreement Form).
- If you are a MAC user, we suggest that you use Firefox as a browser for optimal results instead of Safari.
- In some cases, passwords need to be reset. If you have logged on correctly and still have problems, contact Lila at email@example.com to reset your password.
